Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Leslie Casler, LCSW — a licensed clinical social worker, trauma specialist, and guide in emotional healing. Over the years, I’ve helped countless individuals learn how to regulate emotions, reduce anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, and create lives that feel worth living. I’m certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and have extensive experience in somatic practices that connect mind and body for deeper, lasting healing. I’m also a longtime meditation practitioner and mindfulness guide, bringing presence, compassion, and awareness into every course I teach. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with accessible, practical tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you’re facing mental health challenges or simply want to grow into your best self, my courses are designed to give you the skills and support to respond to life with clarity, balance, and resilience.
